His service was impeccable-down to my last night, when (on his birthday!) he stayed late to accommodate a large group. Throughout the trip, Colton made consistently excellent recommendations and wonderful drinks. Colton recommended the cheesecake-and it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. I am still craving the dish they created. He made great drinks, and when I had a question on the parpardelle pasta, he brought the chef out to discuss. On my very first night, Colton welcomed me at the bar. But, I would not have written this review except Colton at the Marsh Tavern deserves huge kudos. The resort is lovely and the staff was very nice. The beds and pillows were some of the best I’ve seen in the past few years-super comfortable-not too firm, not too soft.
